In my case eventually more warranty options came up to be available on Lenovo Vantage at a later time. I kinda have the same problem but iam still in warranty, i bought my laptop from usa but iam in egypt, my warranty was denied. Maybe vpn to the country you purchased in. Not sure if it would work.

Oct 30, 2022 · Only downside: You get the same warranty as the country of purchase and not your country. In France you get 2 years and in UK apparently Only 1 Year. Be aware that this is for Legion 7 and apparently not every model of laptop has same kind of international warranty. So check before buying! This is good news.
