Feb 24, 2022 · Both my husband and I have Lenovo laptops (S340-15IIL Touch Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81WW and IdeaPad 5i) and after the latest windows update our integrated cameras do not work in any apps or programs. We have tried all the troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, F8, etc.

Jun 3, 2023 · Couple days back I updated to windows 11 and lost my access to integrated webcam. I tried updating, reinstalling my driver but hasn't worked out. Also I checked all my camera settings and also tried the Fn + F8, shutter opening and closing but nothing works. FYI - I haven't seen a specific camera driver update for windows 11.
Jun 12, 2024 · I see, thanks for trying. Do you see any camera logo on your keyboard (usually F1-F12) or a physical switch around your laptop that may enable the camera? Also, check closely near the lens for a possible switch beside it. 1. Press Windows + X, then click Device Manager. Click 'View' > 'Show hidden devices'. Do you see the camera driver now?
Dec 24, 2023 · Integrated camera driver is missing in device manager (Laptop:Lenovo ideapad s340) Tried downloading and installing the driver from the lenovo website but while adding the driver in device manager using add legacy hardware option i'm not able to see the manufacture and the model of the camera so stuck in that option

Apr 28, 2018 · I've just used the Lenovo Vantage app to perform a system update. Two critical upadates appeared: Intel HD Graphics Driver - 10 [64] - V.24.20.100.6223. Intel Management Engine 11.8 Firmware - 10 [64] - V.11.8.55.3510. After installing both the camera worked again as usual (even the driver appeared again in the system) Hope this may help you!

Whenever it was using the Sunplus drivers, it would say "Integrated camera" in the settings; it would say "PC camera" whenever it loaded the generic drivers. I was able to solve the issue by running the Sunplus driver setup Lenovo had included in the Drivers folder at the root of the C: drive. However, this solution didn't work 100% of the time.
