Feb 24, 2022 · Uninstall the updates to get back to a time it worked - for me, I had to uninstall 2 updates - by clicking in the update and selecting uninstall and restarting the computer. Tried updating the computer - didn't work Opened Lenovo Vantage to scan hardware and run updates - didn't work Went onto Lenovo's official website and scanned for driver updates directly there and found some updates. Applied those updates and that didn't work either.

If issue persists you can try these steps. -Press Windows key + X. -Go to Device Manager. -Expand the Camera or Imaging Device. -Look for Camera driver that was installed. -Right click and Uninstall. Once uninstalled go to this link below and download and install the driver.
