Dramacool is a little cluttered for me. they moved to https://kisskh.co/. Mine is down also but use dramacool as backup. Lakorn Galaxy has a small batch of Chinese dramas.
I can't say I'm good at recommending how to do so other than browsing places like MyDramaList or any other website in which drama discussions take place (e.g., this subreddit is pretty good too). But it does stand that if you find a drama subbed on any aggregating site, its true source definitely exists elsewhere.
Mixed bag of IQiYI, Viki, Amazon prime, Netflix and YouTube. I even watched one on HBO Max (Legacy check it out good drama) IF by chance I cannot find the drama on these places I will watch it on Kiss.kh or Myasiantv.cc. I watch Cdramas primarily on IQIYI, Youku, Viki, and Tencent.

DramaFire. DramaCool. Viki is the best because of timed comments (comments that show in the top corner of the screen as you watch). You can watch an episode and then rewatch it with the timed comments, and it's an entirely new show because the comments point out all the tropes and they are always hi-fucking-larious.
