I have generated a CIBC GIC quote for RTGS transfer and it was mentioned in the instructions sheet that "ISBO-2020" and GIC- needs to be added in the payment remarks or as info. But, unfortunately my bank is not providing that field in its net banking RTGS fund transfer for adding the above mentioned info.
Jul 30, 2018 · I have made my payment for my GIC a/c in CIBC from Axis Bank.While transferring the amount my bank was not willing to include "ISBO 2019" in the payment details.I then sent an email to CIBC and they confirmed that even if it is not included it is fine.Also, it is alright if you are paying money from your loan a/c as long as your name in your loan a/c matches your name in your CIBC a/c.On the A2 form these things are mandatory and have to be filled out by the student:
