Like in IRCC portal things are simpler and easier but limited options to add documents. In GCKey, you can add as much documents as you like.

May 4, 2023 · Hi, if you apply for PR you need to apply through permanent resident portal https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login. Make sure you create an account if you don't have one, your Gckey username and password won't work. For your IRCC account try clearing the cookies in your browser and try again if doesn't work reset your password.

Once your new account is created successfully, click on "Link Application to this account" button. 4.
