The INSPIRE Awards - MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge), being executed by DST with National Innovation Foundation – India (NIF), an autonomous body of DST, aims to motivate students in the age group of 10-15 years and studying in classes 6 to 10.
Showcasing 1,000 best ideas/innovations at National Level Exhibition & Project Competition (NLEPC) and shortlisting of top 60 prototypes/innovations for national awards and future direction.
Out of these, one lakh ideas are eligible for INSPIRE Award of Rs. 10,000/-each. Under this scheme, all the middle and high schools across the country are eligible to participate and can provide nominations of 5 students through online mode, every financial year.
