iHRMS (Integrated Human Resource Management System) is developed by NIC Punjab for looking into various aspects of the manpower planning, easy availability of information to the government, employees and other such stakeholders.
Human Resource Management Systems provides a means of acquiring, storing, analyzing and distributing information to various stakeholders be it government, employee and to an extent to the citizen. An HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is considered a basic necessity in most of private/corporate and government organizations.
Each employee with login credentials made available can check his/her salary slip, annual salary statement (current / projected), Tax Deductions, GPF and GIS Statements, Tax Planning etc. In addition, the employee can increase / decrease Income Tax and GPF within permissible limits.
To access the content of mobile app, two level authentication (employee code and password) and PIN is enforced in accessing and viewing the details available through the mobile application. Presently efforts are on to create a hybrid app which will run both on Android and iOS (Apple) platforms.

An account is created on the portal for the requesting department and its credentials are communicated to the Nodal Officer. The password is to be reset at first login. The Nodal Officer logs in and creates various offices and office administrators based upon Department hierarchy in the state.
