PDF eXpress, the IEEE-financed author tool that assists IEEE conference organizers in obtaining IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDFs from their authors, is online. The tool is free to all conferences that are enrolled in the IEEE Conference Publications Program .

access your IEEE Conference eXpress account; click on the “Edit Account Information” link located on the left of the screen; update the e-mail address. This update will also change your account log-in e-mail address.
IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

1. Access the website of IEEE PDF eXpress: www.pdf-express.org. 2. Enter the conference ID: 43514X. 3. If you do not have an account select “New Users – Click Here” and follow the steps to register. Conference Organizers interested in using a PDF eXpress site can register when completing the IEEE Conference Publication Form. If the conference publication form has already been submitted, the conference publication chair may complete the registration form here.
