Dec 4, 2017 · Windows 10 Photos application compress images. I've done minimal crops with the application and I notice that on some of the JPG files the app compress the file size by 70%. Before: file size was 4.5MB with 3024X2005 pixels. After: file size is 1.5MB with 3011X2004 pixels . Do you familiar with this?
Nov 10, 2020 · As I know, currently OneDrive does not compress photos. May I know if there is any specific file format that gives you a different file size in OneDrive. There may be a slight difference due to size calculation from windows to cloud but there should not be a significant difference. Regards.
Aug 10, 2015 · The windows 7 method of right clicking and changing either single or batch photos is no longer there, and microsofts own support page for image resizing applies to windows 7, not windows 10. Resizing photos is 40% of my work, am really in a bind not being able to do so. Hoping someone can help!!! [unquote]

Jul 26, 2016 · I just downloaded Office 365 to my work PC specifically to be able to compress multiple pictures in fairly large documents. I'm running Win7 and the documents in question were created in Office '07. The docs open in compatibility mode but the "Compress Pictures" feature in Picture Tools - Format - Adjust seems to have no effect on the photos either individually or all at once (Apply only to this picture un-checked).
