The idea of injecting numbers, or even duplicating (or tripling or transposing) the “Nth” characters of one or more words will make an “easy to remember” phrase much harder for an algorithm to crack.

If possible use the maximum length, maximum number of special characters. As many different characters as possible and as long as possible.
Dec 19, 2022 · At some point, one of my kids used my Oculus Quest 2 and opted to set up a Meta Account (it was previously connected to my Facebook account). Of course, we don't know the password. I've been trying to reset the password on various devices (iPhone, MacBook Pro) and using both Safari and Chrome. No luck.
Feb 13, 2022 · Using Bitwarden's password generator (letters, numbers, special characters) you get 6.129 bits of entropy per lettter. So 20 characters would give you 122.58 bits of entropy - a very secure password. If you use avoid ambiguous characters you get 6.022 bits per character which doesn't change things much (120.44 vs. 122.58).
Mar 3, 2022 · Yeah, same thing for me. Here I am 4 months later with the same problem. I actually have my password, but I can't login through a web browser on my PC with Chrome or Edge. I CAN login through my phone app by looking up my password in Chrome and typing it in to the app on the phone. I don't know why Tracfone doesn't fix this problem.
