Hi I can’t log in to my hotbit account and I have email them a few time but no replays. My google Authenticator dosent work and can’t log in. I can not login either. Says my password is wrong. Although I know my password, I clicked the reset email link. It says it will send me an email. No email shows up.

Hotbit closed up on May 22nd, everyone was given until the end of June to withdraw whatever assets they had left and anything remaining was liquidated. The usdc they’ve been giving out was only for deficit token holders and it was just a small portion of what was owed people.

I couldn't log on, so I did some research and realised I was screwed. I emailed them and they asked what I had which was 48500CHNG stored on there.

Search Comments. No_West_1444. • 14 days ago. Hotbit shut down in May last year, everyone was to remove all assets by the end of June. Anyone that held deficit tokens were given a small amount of usdc and HTB tokens. The app doesn’t work anymore as the exchange is closed.
