QCI has launched a new web portal, Healthcare Organizations Platform for Entry Level Certification (HOPE), this portal will revamp entry level certification process for HCO/SHCO.
HOPE’s web portal has been designed to pave way for hassle free and convenient online documentation, an enhanced method of assessment as compared to the traditional model of manual submission of documents and evidences by the HCOs/SHCOs.
QCI’s role is to establish and operate a national accreditation structure and to promote quality through the National Quality Campaign. It functions through its own resources and through fees from accreditations and investments in quality promotion.
How can HCO/SHCO get login credentials on HOPE? A. Once the hospital registers themselves on HOPE website, the applicant will receive an email containing the login credentials from “HOPE Admin” on the registered mail id through which they can login to the HOPE dashboard.

HCOs/SHCOs can register online on www.hope.qcin.org. An account will be created after filling the user registration form. User can login with the username and password received on their registered mail id and has to submit all the required details through web portal and mobile application followed by the fee payment.
The revised process is driven through a new portal called HOPE - Healthcare Organizations’ Platform for Entry-Level-Certification with a focus to promote quality at nascent stages by enrolling a wide range of hospitals across the country including Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Small Healthcare Organizations (SHCOs).
