You could just write up the hatsu as you design it, or maybe you write a skeleton and then bulk it up afterwards. Dec 21, 2022 · Nen ability, not hatsu. A nen user cannot make hatsu. Hatsu is a basic technique like ten, ren and zetsu. And they don't give a name to their hatsu like they don't give a name to their ten, ren or zetsu. Emperor time, bungee gum, godspeed are not hatsu, they are abilities.
