Aug 18, 2024 · Disable Auto Back-up and Use Cellular Data (if enabled) in the app. Settings > Account/My Account > My Subscription > Auto Back-up. Completely force close out of the app. Re-open the GoPro Quik. Enable Auto Back-up. The items in the APP tab will start to queue up for cloud upload. Successful uploads will display a checkmark.
Currently there is no desktop version of the Quik App. A desktop version for Mac will be coming soon and a version for Windows will arrive summer 2024. When these are available for download a link will appear on the GoPro homepage in the APPS section.

Jun 3, 2020 · Here's how you do it: Right-click the Quik for desktop icon and select Properties. Select the Compatibility tab. Check the box under Compatibility mode and choose Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) under the picklist. Quik for desktop should launch successfully at this point.
