Oct 16, 2024 · When I edit videos the segments automatically chosen by GoPro Quik for Mac (version 2.1.0 9050) do not align with hilights added in camera, in fact, these segments are pretty random. Out of 4 highlights only 2 were used. More over, desktop app does not show highlights added via web (when it was possible), or in camera.
I'm relatively new to GoPro, but luckily (or likely by design) use of camera, apps, website, cloud, etc is all pretty easy. One thing I still don't quite unsderstand is why when using the App on my phone (Android), some of the videos are in the "APP" tab, while some are in the "Cloud" tab. If I log into my GoPro Plus account, all videos are there.

I am experiencing issues with my GoPro Hero 12 Black when using the GoPro app on my iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 18.0, Build 22A3354). Issue with all videos : I can't even access the media library in the app. When I click on the "media" button, it doesn’t open, and I also can't download any videos via the "download" link.

The app shows the blue dot in the corner, so the camera is seemingly being recognized by the app but I am not able to use the GoPro as an available camera in FaceTime or OBS. The GoPro Webcam app is enabled to allow incoming connections in privacy settings, and the issue is not resolved when I change USB-C cables, nor when I turn off the Apple firewall or my Norton firewall.
GoPro Player Feedback / feature request: I would like to request a feature for the GoPro Player app (Mac OS). In the app you can use the Grab a Photo button to take a still frame from the video (photo). I would like to see an option where you grab a photo and it is saved with the correct date and time based of the date and time in the video.
We spend a lot of money on the gopro products, pay for subscription and the app it fails to work. I'm struggling with this issue for some time and looks like others have as well. I've done everything it's been suggested, updated phone, updated the app this morning and I still can't export and save a video. The app crashes every time.
Sep 19, 2024 · Open GoPro Quik. Tap on [Media] to view your content. Select a video from the [App] or [Cloud] tab. First, download your video to the app to add a HiLight Tag to media in the Cloud. You cannot add a HiLight Tag to content in the Cloud. Tap [HiLight] when watching your footage to tag your favorite moments. How to view HiLight Tags: Open GoPro Quik.
Sep 26, 2024 · After pairing, select [Camera chooser] to control your GoPro, upload your content, enable Auto Upload, and connect more GoPro cameras. What type of media can be edited with Quik You can edit any photos and videos from the [App], [Cloud] and [Phone tab].
