The fact that you don't see your stolen phone on Find My Device indicates that either your Google account was not present on the phone, or FMD was not configured properly on the phone.
To secure or erase an Android device, make sure the device: Has power. Is connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi. Is signed in to a Google Account. Has Find My Device turned on. Is visible on Google Play. May 21, 2021 · The new S21 and the old S10. The S10 is obviously offline and cannot be contacted and I cannot find any options to remove this device. As it doesn't exist in my google account, I cannot remove it there and there are no options when inside the "Find my device" app or web portal.

Dec 17, 2021 · i lost my phone, and i'm trying to play sound via find my device. it's not working at all and is stuck on 'connecting.' pressing 'stop ringing' does nothing. it's also not reloading the location and says it was last seen 5 hours ago. this is suuuuper irritating because my phone is charged, has location on and connected to wifi so it should be working fine. i've tried reloading the page, closing the tab etc and nothing's working. i can't find anything on how to fix this either.
