May 1, 2020 · I read that some sort of account recovery form exists somewhere to try and contact Google assistance for these kind of problems (hacked accounts ecc). I couldn't find the form anywhere though, I spent the last 2 days trying to find a solution to recover or gain access to this account that is trying to steal all my private info and access to all the other apps.
Unfortunately, Google does not provide any escalation or review options for account recovery. If you are unable to prove ownership using the provided recovery process (plus the information in the above linked articles) then the account is lost. There are no other options. Starting a new thread will not help either. Sorry.
