All the tours provided were very enjoyable, the hotel rooms and activities were all great, there was always a complaint about the transfer, the vehicle was a complete rig (2012-2016 model) and the drivers were always late

Overall the review is good, they liked the team, and the coordination was good, everything was well organized, The only issue was the hotel, was very dirty, the bedsheets were unclean, big cockroaches were found in the room, a lot of noise made by the spa next door at 3 am in the morning, the room was changed but still it was very dirty, not as per its star rating, suggestion not to give this hotel to other guests.
