Most recently I can't get into listings to edit, I can only check mark the listing and then the only options I have are editing shipping profile or shop section, or delete, or renew. Can't edit the content of the listing at all. Translate to English.

Feb 22, 2021 · Best Seller badges can be removed when sales drop over a period of time. The OP's item is most likely being purchased for Easter decor and in high demand. Once demand and sales drop the badge may be removed. Etsy's algorithm determines the Best Seller badge designation.

How to contact etsy support for sellers- There is a direct link to the support ticket page in every shops shop manager - Just go to Shop manager > Community & help > Contact us. That will open the page to start a support ticket.
