Hello, i have a problem with F1 22 in EA play PC, when i put to download the game it stays in preparation with 14% and after that it does not advance until it gives the error, i tried all the help that EA says and even installed windows again but nothing has worked so far, I need help.

Apr 20, 2023 · It keeps getting stuck on "preparing" and if I try to cancel the download after that it gets stuck "cancelling." I have cleared cache, un-installed and re-installed the app, changed the install file location, ran the app as admin, lowered user access control settings, tried downloading a free game then cancelling it and downloading another game and nothing works.
Mar 20, 2021 · So I downloaded the new EA desktop app when EA Play came to gamepass yesterday and I tried downloading NFS Heat. I was surprised to see the download speed was going from 400kb/s to 900kb/s. I checked on every other launcher like Epic Games, Steam and even on the xbox app/microsoft store and I was getting 6-10mb/s download speeds on those.

After 3 hours I was over it when it wasn't even 1/3rds of the way. It's the EA App installer that is taking forever and I want to know if there is a way to get the app without the installer.
