Ive now tried and for some reason they don't work aswell, I've tried chrome and Microsoft edge but they were stuck on loading and on edge it did try to save the information aka the password and email but it was still stuck loading, I'm using Windows 11 Pro btw and also in the web browsers I noticed it didn't turn the refresh icon into a X and it's supposed to when you login because it's loading something and refreshing the page.

I was advised (in this community) to try logging in directly to the Hello Sign site (using my dropbox login). This worked - I could access the HelloSign/Dropbox Sign full app, which let me set it up properly and which was much easier and more comprehensive to use. Now I am trying to get back into the full Dropbox Sign app, but cannot do so.

Nov 15, 2023 · It appears if you choose to share a file with the file open, for whatever reason, dropbox will prompt a view to create a login/ to login. But if you are looking at a list of files and choose to share the file with the share icon, then it may work.
