This might be especially in cases where you have had that same soup many times, and you are emphasizing that it is especially good this time.

It doesn't look grammatically incorrect, but it sounds wrong for some reason. Just like saying 'very terrible'. I'd rather says 'so delicious' or 'so terrible'.
