Oct 3, 2023 · Currys spend a lot of time/money ensuring it's not insurance. 12 years is a hell of a long time to go between checking your bank statements! Appreciate these plans are intentionally low value monthly fees just to reduce the chances of people putting too much effort into working out what they are but it appearing on 144 statements before you notice it really is a bit too much.

May 20, 2021 · Tried the web chat, it no longer exists!!! There is just no way to contact them!!! It took me 34 seconds to speak to an agent from the link provided. First type in 'Speak to agent' then it'll ask why then it will transfer you. I have tried always as suggested above and you just cannot get an instant chat with Currys.

I have spoken to someone on the phone who said 7-14 days. I waited and no refund. I rang up and was told 5-7 days, we again waited and still no refund.
