I’ve been living under a rock. Just thinking about the amount of times I had to do the full sign in to access brightspace online and had no clue there’s an app.. for some reason I never thought to look. This makes life so much easier. If you have been living under this rock with me I definitely recommend that you download the app😭.

Dec 5, 2020 · But no they CANNOT see any other tabs you have open, so if you have Facebook or Google open in another tab they can’t see that. It would be a huge security risk if this was possible. What they can probably see is any other Brightspace tabs you have open, and that might be what your prof meant. This would make sense. 9.
Feb 26, 2024 · Brightspace/pulse I've been locked out of my broghtspace account and need to access it in order to write a quiz. The issue is my school email/Microsoft account is linked to my old phone number and it's asking me to verify my identity using this number but I don't have access to it anymore.
Dec 2, 2022 · Last year, right before the academic Fall semester, the Brightspace app would crash after attempts to open it- the problem was fixed within a week. Same thing has happened this year, and Brightspace has refused to fix their app. I’ve tried using it since September and every time it crashes. 5.
Oct 31, 2022 · I always receive grade notifications and when I go in to the app it will glitch out. I have to delete the app and re-download it at least once a day. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Yes, I’m having issues on my phone as well. It won’t keep me logged in and I have to re-login every time I open it.

Aug 22, 2022 · Since the login changed over the summer, here’s how to fix it on iOS. Let it open Safari (make sure it’s not a private tab) and sign in. Leave the tab open, go back to the app and repeat. Once you sign in a second time there should be a popup asking to open the link in Pulse app - say yes. 3. Reply.
May 1, 2020 · No, currently It seems to be working in good condition at least for me. I tried three browsers and nothing has worked (Friday, 8 am). It's only working on the Brightspace Pulse app. It looks like the Help Desk site has crashed too. As of now I cannot log in d2l and am receiving the same message.
