Dec 28, 2020 · Whether it's Voicemeeter or Jack, none offer a simple virtual audio routing solution like Soundflower or Blackhole does for Mac. I don't want an extra mixing program or cable routing matrixes, I just want to send audio from Max through a virtual cable that I can route to Ableton without having to run extra software. Just ins and outs.
Mar 8, 2023 · As someone who has used the android version of blackhole, I have a few things to say about it.. 320kbps streaming from YouTube takes a ton of time (even on 1GB WiFi connection) & it never properly imports my playlists from Spotify (the title of the song same remains the same but it's a different song altogether)..
Mar 14, 2024 · Blackhole for me was laggy and I didnt really have a use for its ability to go outside youtube, the design was meh too. If anything most of the unlisted songs that aren't on youtube music under an artist will be on general youtube.

Apr 9, 2022 · Here's the thing about a device like this. This is THE reason MacBooks carry a premium price. Their closed system model means that every single Mac, and every single iPhone has the exact same audio hardware inside of it, which means they can have the exact same drivers for them, which means things like blackhole can "Just work".
Jun 15, 2021 · i'd love to move completely away from spotify, i guess i could make playlists on newpipe or something but i don't know what i'd do on my PC cause the spotify app (with free "premium" with ads) is pretty good otherwise, and i really don't wanna download every song i listen to. not to mention spotify's good recommendations but i could get over losing that, or just using it occasionally to find new music
Feb 10, 2020 · Blackhole feeds all OS X audio into a Logic channel, and my PC is connected through SPDIF into another channel. I can now treat both sources with any EQ/Headphone correction as well as metering and 1 master volume for everything.
Aug 8, 2023 · I use Blackhole as an alternative for Spotify and honestly it's one of the best alternative for spotify, But recently i noticed it isn't available in playstore anymore which is kinda suspicious. If anyone know whether this app is safe please let me know.
