No, it does not look better; no, it does not work better. There are zero improvements to the update, instead, it just ruined everything that was great about Bing chat. The few remaining options are now hidden behind several senseless clicks (like history, from the home page), but a lot of useful options have been completely removed.

May 19, 2023 · I am here to help. To answer your inquiry, unfortunately, using the chat functionality of the new Bing does not earn Microsoft Rewards points. Microsoft has confirmed that chat sessions within the chat tab do not count toward earning Microsoft Rewards points but that normal searches still earn points.

I enter all my details, including my age, and save it, but nothing happens to start the chat. When I reopen the app, it asks me to verify my age again.

Borrow the awesome UI code the bing team had developed for the copilot UI and please get your copilot.com user interface team to back off and do something else unrelated to UI or impacting end users.
