When I turn my computer on and open Chrome, I type gmail.com and am automatically logged into my Gmail account. I want to turn this off so that if I go to gmail.com after turning on the computer, I will be prompted to enter a password, regardless of whether or not I logged out before I turned it off. I have been googling this all morning.
The last Gmail account X that I added always routes me to the first Gmail account Y. After reading this thread, I cleared all my cookies and then re-logged into X first. It worked! I then added most of the other Gmail accounts and all worked fine, but maybe it is because I now log into 7 Gmail accounts instead of 9.

Dec 25, 2017 · All students get a third party Gmail and Google Apps account but staff do not. Now I can't administer my domains that are expiring. Every time I try to go to admin.google.com to login to my domain account it redirects to my university login, which I can log into it, but then it errors out because as staff I do not have a Google Apps account.

Let's say my 2 Google accounts are called Primary and Secondary. I chose these names to reflect their function: I almost exclusively use "Primary". But I'm logged into both (intentionally). Every time I open Gmail, the Secondary account is used ("is active").
