For further validation, I tried docking using SwissDock too. But now, the two programs give different results. They predict different ligands to give the most favorable binding.
Feb 29, 2024 · When I try to run the app: autodocksuite-4.2.6.i86Windows my computer says I’ve successfully installed autodock. And when I go to autodock_vina_1_1_2_win32 a window opens for the vina setup wizard and it says “select whether you want to repair or remove vina.”. So I click repair and it’s says it was successful.
Mar 12, 2021 · The Autodock Vina icon appears and they can open it, but for some reason I cant open those executable files in any of my computers! Thanks for any help! You might have to change file permissions for the relevant executables. As for that process, I use Linux so idk but it is probably relatively easy to find instructions via google.

"Autodock Tools-1.5.6 needs to be updated. In order to open it with this macOS version application developer needs to update". The installation happens without a problem.

Jun 23, 2020 · I’m using autodock vina. I’ve seen the official protocol, tried to follow but I’ve stuck with the step, where you need to write the commands into the gpf and dpf files. I think I’ll need to create them, but not sure how or if not, where to find them. I am still hoping to use autodock, as I spent a decent amount of time now to learn it 😬
Aug 15, 2019 · I've the same thing as before and it work, just not this time. Receptor number 2 shows molecule contain no non-bonded atoms when i tried to generate the pdb file for docking. What i did was delete water and add polar only hydrogen to the molecule. 2. 9 Share.
