Feb 23, 2006 · When a Civil 3D drawing(s) is made into a Civil 3D project a few additional folders and files get created. The software creates these on its own and they just fall right into the basic structure. Archive one entire project by backing up its job folder or archive all job by backing up the entire "P" drive.
Sep 19, 2018 · Hi, kinda new here, but unfortunately I'm having trouble and can't find the right solution. I'm trying to archive my file, but the error, file archive failed (code 1), keeps popping up. I have tried the suggested fixes on the knowledge.autodesk site, looked at other threads, disabled anti virus and ran as admin.

Nov 14, 2017 · I have just recently purchased 3ds Max to work with some 3d objects. I downloaded a zip file from Archive 3d but I cannot for the life of me understand how to open the file to look at the model. Any help for this newbie would be greatly appreciated
Sep 28, 2022 · When I run on any file even a brand new file with a cube and one material placed on it it opens the command window as usual just for a split second and then Max disappears. If I am remoted into my workstation and run an archive it does the same but not only does Max disappear but it then logs me out of my profile and disconnects my remote session. Sep 26, 2008 · Archive needs Password to Extract This is probably a simple question but I can not figure it out. I used the archive tool to archive my scene and then I tried to extract it and it said that I needed a password to extract the main max file and a number of jpg files in the archive.
Aug 13, 2014 · Backing up a project to archive really depends on where you are keeping all the files that are associated to that particular project. Normally when you create a project Plant 3D builds all the folders and files and stores them in one location. So, in this case you would simply have to zip up the entire project.
