Nov 9, 2006 · I do know, however, that after you have checked-in on-line you can go back to on-line check-in, enter the same flight information, then you will get a screen saying you are checked-in. Click on your name and you can change your seat, change # of bags, etc. If you make any changes you will get a new boarding pass to print.

Nov 22, 2005 · 24 Hour call centre: Can cancel the check-in status i.e. off-load passenger only. However if the passenger wants to re check-in, he will have to do the same on the web again. You can cancel and then ask the call centre to off-load you - this happened to me last week. I was in YYC checked in to YVR and then YYJ.
