Aug 20, 2021 · Should be able to check in on the Air Canada website. Need the AC locator number which should show up when you look your reservation up on the United website. That being said, uploading your COVID test in my experience saves you no time at all compared to just showing it at the airport, they'll probably ask to see it anyways.
Jun 7, 2023 · Effective June 6, 2023, Air Canada will replace the Air Canada Travel Voucher (ACTV) with AC Wallet. AC Wallet can be used to safely store the value of eligible unused 014 tickets as credit (less applicable fees), which can then be applied online or via the Air Canada mobile app to book a new flight and Air Canada travel options.

Oct 16, 2023 · Unfortunately, Air Canada doesn't have an appeals process. If a CR Rep is not 100% sure of their decision, they can ask a supervisor to review the case but managers rarely get involved unless the case gets media/social media attention so if you disagree with the decision you got from the CR Rep then you're only hope of having the decision overturned is to take the airline to Small Claims Court or the CTA.
