Feb 13, 2013 · I have just finished tearing my hair out trying to get what I want via the Aer Lingus "Manage my booking" facility. While booking a flight, I took up AL's offer of a "Plus" booking which enables you to check in a bag and reserve a seat for 20 Euro per passenger. Great.

Jun 17, 2015 · However, I've logged in online and was able to view the Manage My Booking options there without any issue. I've also changed the contact email and number to my own. I have had issues with aer lingus bookings when modifications are made that the internet checkin or further changes are not possible.
Apr 10, 2015 · I have the same problem with Aer Lingus/Jet Blue flight - have to ring Aer Lingus if you want to do anything with the booking. Also, AL can't/won't reserve seats on the JetBlue legs for you. However your booking confirmation will include a JetBlue PNR as well as the Aer Lingus one.
Mar 10, 2016 · This is not about travel insurance, I just want to cancel one passenger from an Aer Lingus booking for four people travelling in May to a European city. The booking was made direct by me. I booked a European flight for four people travelling out and back in May 2016 on the Aer Lingus website and I now need to cancel one of the passengers who cannot travel due to illness.
When I try to Manage my booking I can ADD more bags but not take away.... Have booked my elderly parents on a flight to the Canaries in October butas they both have bad backs the only problem with them is managing their baggage...went to book myself on the same flight last night to go out with them and stay for a few days but AL flight full so booked on Ryanair.

Sep 8, 2021 · Nah, it's an Aer Lingus problem, though it does say you can manage a booking on the website though, so perhaps just related to seeing bookings etc. Important information It's not possible at the moment to log in to your AerClub / Aer Lingus account on aerlingus.com.
