Select the font and size, etc, place the cursor on the appropriate site to insert the page number, click the "Insert Page Number" button, and click OK. That is! 4 Upvotes.
Jul 6, 2023 · PDF is supposed to be "epaper". What paging system have you seen that would bury the page number on the side of a user interface like this? And nowhere does it say "page i of n" to give you a clue. The UI seems completely broken. Another clue: The find command is now "find text or tools"!

Sep 28, 2019 · You can check this by clicking the bookmarks submenu and choosing "New Bookmarks from Structure," Then look to see if any structural elements appear (see second image below- Structure Elements). If nothing appears, there is still one other option. You can manually add the bookmarks. It isn't quite that hard.

Dec 3, 2022 · I refused to believe this functionality had been disabled in the new version, but I admit it was difficult to find. I hope that a single screenshot is sufficient. Open the popup from the toolbar on the right side and use the pin to keep the option on the toolbar. 4 Upvotes.

I have changed the Page Labels format to Roman Numerals. However when adding a Header / Footer with Page Numbers, it still displays normal numbers in the Header / Footer. Please advise how I can change the Formatting in the Header / Footer for Page Numbers to display Roman Numerals in Acrobat DC? Thanks
