Common cause for this is updating to very latest GPU drivers and then running something like MSI afterburner or EVGA PrecisionX which isn't compatible with the latest drivers. #1.

Yours is slightly below that - not terrible by any means, but in theory the vendor could've invested bit more into the cooling design to avoid needing to (slightly) throttle the GPU when it heats up. No real way to improve it.

If this was just your build unable to pass Time Spy, I would start by suggesting something like OCCT's 3D Adaptive GPU test; dial your GPU overclock back until you can run this stress test for 30 minutes with no errors. Then run Time Spy.

  6. Jan 20, 2023 · One or more files in the install folder of SystemInfo is failing checksum check. Uninstall it from Windows programs and features, then delete c:\Program Files (x86)\Futuremark\SystemInfo folder if one still exists after uninstall. Then revalidate 3DMark files and it will be reinstalled on next 3DMark startup.

  7. Sep 17, 2023 · Stuck at collecting system info. brand new build with ASUS ROG z690e + 13900k + RTX4090 + W11 Pro. 3DMark does not start and freezes at collecting system info. Have been uninstalling and reinstalling many times but no luck. Had get stuck in the past when OC RAM. Same for me.

Limit FPS to 60 and vola you will have the 100% on the stress test. A avg clock of 1.4GHz on a 2.5+GHz GPU (TSS) looks very much like a FPS/Power Limiter to me.

  9. Apr 6, 2016 · To clarify; If 3DMark UI says "Not owned" on anything, just click that test, click GET and then click "play game" on the store page to "purchase" that (free) DLC file. This needs to be done only once (for each DLC you do not "own" yet) If UI states that a test is "not available" that most likely means that the test content is still downloading.

Only way to be sure would be to test some other video card on this PC, or test this card in some other PC. #1.
