Mar 3, 2019 · When you download a torrent file directly, you are getting that .torrent file from the web server. When you use a magnet link, the URL you clicked on is passed over to your torrent client, which uses the DHT P2P network to find other torrent clients with that file and download the .torrent file from them.
Both the top & bottom of these longer lines with links (there's only about 5 of these long lines total) start with 'magnet'. Click either and it will prompt to open torrent in whatever program you have set to DL torrents. Ive only tried in 'movies', but pretty sure it should work in every category.
Jan 28, 2023 · Title. I've been using 1337x for years and never had a problem, until today when I tried to download a movie and it sends me to this weird 1337vpn page or something like that. Can't magnet download or direct download the torrent either, seems like it happened overnight does anyone else know why or if there's a way around it?

Jun 28, 2021 · I wanted to save some .torrent files from my favorite uploader for later use but on 1337x I can't download the torrent file, only magnet link and info hash is available, is there any way to just download the file and not its content?
Apr 4, 2022 · Or copy/paste the magnet link into Real Debrid Torrents and it will download it for you. However Real Debrid is a pay service but I believe it is an inexpensive necessity to safely access torrent/magnet link files.
