Kashi Vishwanath Temple is one of the most famous temple in Varanasi, also known as the Golden temple dedicated to the Lord Shiva. It was constructed in the year 1780 by the Maratha monarch, Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar of the Indore.

Every Evening, Shringar Bhog Aarti is performed in Kashi Vishwanath Temple. It is fourth Aarti of the day after Sapt Rishi Aarti. Shringar Bhog Aarti is offering of food to Lord who gives this food to us.
Shri Kashi Vishwanath Aarti. Shri Kashi Vishwanath Aarti is also known as "Aaratrik" or "Aarartik" and "Nirajan" . The Aarti is done at the end of the Pooja. Aarti is considered as the way to complete the puja successfully as it is believed to forge the mistakes if any,remained during the Pooja.

Pooja. This is the annual Pooja Scheme. Under the long term Pooja Scheme; this can be performed on a specified day and date, selected by the devotee for a paid period of 20 years. ‘Rudrabhishek’ which is a special Pooja performed for Lord Shiva has special significance for the devotees.

Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir Rituals. The Temple opens daily at 2:30 A.M. The Mangala Aarti is performed at 3 to 4 A.M. wherein the ticket holders are permitted to join. From 4 to 11 AM the temple remains open for general Darshan.
