Sep 24, 2019 · Reiterating the necessity for Pollution Under Control (PUC) centres to link vehicle emissions data with the Vahan 4.0 online database, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has issued a letter to all states and union territories in India asking them to ensure all PUC centres start uploading vehicle PUC certificates to the online registry at the earliest.

Apr 28, 2021 · The transport department of the Government of Tamil Nadu has obtained a court order that allows registration of BS-IV vehicles sold till March 31, 2020.According to the court order, BS-IV vehicles already entered in Vahan 4 having a purchase date up to March 31, 2020 for which tax and fees have not been paid will be eligible for verification, approval and the subsequent process by the concerned authorities.

Nov 5, 2024 · Now for India, Vahan is a govt of india initiative and the data is getting pumped into it on a real time basis. When I got my car in 2023, I got a message from Vahaan the date I bought the car which means Vahan registered the vehicle sales on the same day of my buying the car. So there is no delay in getting the sales data into Vahan.
It is mentioned in RC and Vahan website for my Honda City (2017) but not mentioned in RC as well as Vahan website for my Grand i10 (2014). ( ) Thanks 17th December 2019, 16:23
Jan 2, 2024 · I am facing an issue with updating fuel norm in vahan database for my Verna 1.6 CRDi manufactured in Oct 2015 and purchased in Jan 2016. My car is BS4 but vahan database does not have any details mentioned about fuel norms. Due to this i am getting PUC of just 6 months instead of 1 year for BS4.
