A candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2024 OR 2025 to be eligible for attempting UCEED 2025. Students from ALL STREAMS (Science, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible.
Syllabus. UCEED 2025 will have two parts. Part-A will have questions from the following topics: Visualization and spatial reasoning: Ability to visualise and transform 2D shapes and 3D objects and their spatial relationships. Practical and scientific knowledge: Know-how of scientific principles and everyday objects.
UCEED 2025 is open to all nationals (Indian/Foreign). Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor’s Degree programme in Design (BDes) at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay
Question Paper Structure for UCEED 2025. There will be ONE question paper of total THREE hours duration. The question paper will be in English only. The question paper will carry a total of 300 marks. The question paper will consist of two parts: Part-A and Part-B.
The UCEED 2025 exam will be conducted on January 19, 2025 (Sunday) from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon in various cities. Please refer point no. 3 SCHEDULE OF UCEED 2025 on page no. 10 in UCEED 2025 information brochure available on the website.
The Admit Card will bear the following details of the candidate: Name, UCEED Registration ID, Roll Number for UCEED 2025, Date of Birth, Category, photograph, signature, examination schedule, examination centre details and instructions to candidates.
Only UCEED 2025 qualified students can apply for admission to the BDes programme at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur for the academic year 2025-2026. There will be a common application form for admissions to respective BDes programmes.
