Tux Paint is used in schools around the world as a computer literacy drawing activity. It combines an easy-to-use interface, fun sound effects, and an encouraging cartoon mascot who guides children as they use the program.
Tux Paint for Windows comes as two parts, each in its own ZIP file: Tux Paint The core program and data-files (user interface graphics, sound effects, etc.), and "Tux Paint Config.", a graphical configuration tool for parents and teachers.
