Sep 15, 2020 · For booking made through a third party agent ( other than Turkish Airlines direct ), you would always need the e-ticket number. Having a TK account, would work to store the reservation but when trying to browse the reservation, the system would still ask the e-ticket number.
Feb 17, 2022 · I my case, both the website and the App did not work to manage booking (webpage had problems with both the reservation number and the ticket number and App had problems with the ticket number) and I had to call 1-800-874-8875 to get in touch with the agent to get the business class seats assigned. Waiting time to talk to the agent was under 5 minutes.

Mar 21, 2022 · Open the TK App and go to "Manage Booking" from the menu. After typing in the PNR and surname, and if you have multiple passengers, it may ask you for surname and ticket numbers. Pull the ticket numbers from the AC booking. You should then be able to manage your booking (i.e,. select seats, assistance, etc.). Ignore warnings that may pop up.
