Stumbled across this post as I was looking for the same solution. Thanks to ttech for the tip about Handbrake. So original TVS file : 30 seconds = 20MB. Converted 20MB TVS file via Teamviewer conversion tool : AVI = 1GB !! Converted AVI file via handbrake (quite fast) to Webm = 5MB - quality fine.

It is easy, go to Content settings of your browser (for example Chrome) and delete all cookies from teamviewer.com. Then relogin to your Management Console (it will ask you about add your device to trusted again) and push connect. If Chrome extension is installed it wil now open connection in extension.
