Who We Are. St. Raphael’s had its humble beginning as a primary school way back in 1928. The congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit, ( SSpS) came to be associated with the school form 1936 onwards, nurtured its growth into a Secondary School (1941) and formally took over the management of the school in 1948.
