I drive 12k a year and I am assuming $3 per gallon. ** National average for Jeep maintenance is $666 but it is an older Jeep so I am using $1000. From that, I have deducting the average cost of maintenance for my Prius of $461.
The exceptions are dirt, bricks, stone,metal I beams, asphalt roof tiles, maybe lots of concrete and sand. New heavy item could be delivered more easily than a trailer, without you needing to load or unload... 3000 lbs is a lot to do by hand. Minivan or van are awesome cargo haulers, but mpg may not be to your liking.

Jun 8, 2022 · IMO, there are two types of art investments: known names (Picasso, Caravaggio, Van Gogh, etc) and currently collectable I hope they make it/stay big when they die (New British Artists, Banksy, etc). Both of these groups, when art is sold from them, are worth a lot of money - in the case of known names we're talking tens or hundreds of millions.

I think I'm just going to go with 3 posts in each corner in an L-shape pattern so that each dimension's lvl can bear on a separate post. (Spend an extra $70 to save $150...) I'll then use 1x12s to "wrap" the post columns ...

It may be that your car has had a dead battery long enough that the alarm doesn't remember which fobs are associated.
Jan 15, 2023 · Simon, a Canadian, lives in his self-renovated van with his Jack Russell Terrier named Rocko. A typical episode is "Foresty" and Rocko climbing a mountain all day and then coming home to cook an amazing meal in the van. His drone footage is out of this world. Light on talking and heavy on amazing scenery.

Have been into weight lifting and conditioning for the last 10 years, but still make it a priority every week a couple times to go outside and do intense conditioning whether sled drags, an air dyne bike, or especially going to a .4 mile straight up mountain for a challenge going up and down a few times running.
