Jan 30, 2023 · So yeah, Show Me The Money lost its true identity and what it stands for. PS: I also think that MNET is definetely playing A LOT with the missions. For example the first round, it was no coincidence that they paired up everybody with the producer they have a background with.

Mnet would've squeeze the hell out of that drama lmao. The special stage (Roh-Yun-Ha, Fleekybang, Chillin Homie, KHAN) was better than pretty much a lot of the final ones. No "legendary" level stages like smtm10, 7, or 5. Honestly quite disappointing as a season.
Idk if it's just me but none of the stages are hitting for me, like the finals feels underwhelming compared to the semis/the first live stages. Yeahh, I feel like the first live stage with Moss, Limousine, and Merry-go-round was the peak. Loved the semi's cause everyone showed something different.
I mean there's also money. Most small rappers don't have the resources to make & distribute music consistently but the winner is gonna get money / label suport that swings definitely doesn't need. Like I'm sure if he wins he'll give it to someone else( just assuming) but it's just not a level playing Ground . He's already been a judge on the show.

It's giving heavy female K-pop group sound and not show me the money rapper. Omg you're right, I usually prefer the more trap, hype stages but surprisingly I loved Malik's stage a lot! The epik high-ness must've been it lol. Man this season is a letdown for me. Stages are more like contestants getting featured lol.
