I'm not sure Enercare is going to cover existing repairs, so if the plan takes effect immediately it might not cover an already existing problem, not sire you'd have to check with them, if it does takes place immediately then they probably aren't going to cover any expensive repairs.
May 9, 2017 · I've been roaming around the Reliance website to get concrete data on their terms for cancellation. The only thing i could find are 2 different documents for the Water Heater. Nothing else. When i called Reliance i get some Yahoo telling me it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel or else i must pay $10,000+ to buy out. No exceptions.

The Lein will only be lifted once the residual value is paid out on the rental. Reliance has a department for customers to essentially barter their contracts until each side reaches an agreement .

If yes how much and is it worth replacing the water heater Step 2: If there is no penalty than ask them to cancel the contract and hire local installer who can pick the WH and install it.
Oct 31, 2018 · The reliance guy said he has seen this before and apparently townhouses in MIssissauga suck and they cheap out on shit so he said this is not uncommon. He hasn't given me a bill yet since its taking him what feels like a year to repair! That is the update for now.. so yes, reliance is doing the work and yes, enbridge was legit.

Aug 7, 2018 · Do you really think Reliance is going to help you fix your 20 year old furnace, they will come up with a bs answers and try get you to rent your new furnace/ac with them or charge a lot of money for furnace/ac. I would start to save money for furnace and ac and forget get about the reliance plan.

Of course, I was in a position of being able to, because Reliance unilaterally increased my monthly cost and I didn't have a provision allowing Reliance to do that (some said their contract permits them unilateral price increase which is effing crazy).
