Anyone saying to go over 250 is wrong. You can build more for support proposes but the tiny bit of extra energy isn't worth her personal damage loss. 12.

Feb 9, 2022 · A highly invested Raiden should have 60cr 160cd 275 Er and at least 2000k attack. Casual Raiden should only need about 50cr 130cd 250 Er and not less than 1500 attack. Cr 5 Crit damage 50 Attack under 100 Er 100 percent. This is the bare minimum for Raiden.

I would say this is the second most important constellation. Constellation 4: Pledge of Propriety. Pledge of propriety grants your team, besides Raiden, a 30% bonus attack for 10 seconds when her ult expires.
