Sep 18, 2017 · Installation. Download the installer to your hard disk and double-click to launch. Answer questions asked or click “Next” as appropriate to complete the installation. Launch the program by selecting “PyMOL” from “All Programs” in the “Start” menu.
Student/Teacher. Educational subscriptions to PyMOL are available at no cost to full-time students and educators teaching full-time students. Under this agreement, Schrödinger has no obligation to furnish updates, fix bugs, provide documentation, and meet other support needs.

The Plugins, like APBS, Volume Ramp Editor, and the Molecular Builder are only available in the PyMOLX11Hybrid version of MacPyMOL. Please rename the downloaded "MacPyMOL.app" to "PyMOLX11Hybrid.app" to enable this functionality.
