Is there a way to download Google Play Store on Windows 11? I need to download an app called Tru Hearing.
Feb 2, 2022 · Microsoft has said they would not support Google Play Store on Windows 11 through WSA. However, it needs to be seen if they would support Google services framework so that you can install Google Play store manually to use. More on that when the public preview of WSA arrives this month. May 10, 2022 · Soon you will be able to play Android apps natively in Windows 11, they are currently testing that functionality on the Insider program. Until they release that function to the general public, the only way to play Android apps in Windows is to install an Emulator like Bluestacks or Nox.
Oct 7, 2023 · I have laptop which had HVEC from Manufacturer ( free) on Windows 10, and that laptop upgraded to windows 11, and guess what, HVEC is working there even it is shows as unsupported in the store. I'm thinkin that test case here for imcrosoft get Windows 10 ( 64) PRO, upgrade it to Windows 11, install all patches and try to install codec from mircosoft Store.
Jan 19, 2024 · These files can be viewed on VLC Player but are not recognized by the default Windows Media Player. I've already tried installing HEVC Video Extension (both the free and $0.99 one) but neither seem to fix the issue with Windows 11 not recognizing the video codec. I've also installed the K-Lite codec pack but to no avail.
Oct 4, 2022 · I have used K-Lite on my personal systems for several years. As well as other playback software and editing software. I never really worried about Windows Media Player because I simply did not use it. My take aways: It is not natively supported in Windows 10/11. We need to deploy additional non-Microsoft software to be able to play them.
