The Glass Skywalk is India’s first ever skywalk, set in the picturesque town of Pelling in Northeast Sikkim. Built at an astounding height of 7200 feet, this colossal structure allows tourists to look down several thousand feet in the air, from the peak to the very bottom of mountains.
Loved the skywalk experience - you do have to remove your shoes to step onto it. The skywalk is right next to the Sanga Choeling Monastery, and has quite a few steps to climb to the top. Nice peaceful spot with gorgeous views all around. Definitely visit if you are in Pelling.

The Pelling Skywalk is India's first glass-floored Skywalk. It is the connecting bridge for the giant Chenrezig statue which is located on to the leading hilltop. Enjoy the adrenaline rush walking on the glass bottom and take the amazing views of the green hills around.
As the name suggests, Pelling Sky Walk is an elevated footbridge with glass-bottom and supported by tall structures. It is in fact the first skywalk in India. It's located about 6kms from Pelling towards Dentam. Once you reach, you can take a spiral staircase to get to the Sky Walk. You need to purchase a ticket to walk on this glass footbridge.
